Clean AIOS · Advisory Program

A cleaning business
that runs itself
starts with
one system — built on AI.

Clean AIOS is an advisory and implementation program for cleaning company owners ready to build the AI-powered system their business runs on — from the first foundation document to a fully automated operation.

Why it works
2hr
The lead loss window The time between a lead submitting your form and going cold. Most cleaning owners aren't available. Most leads don't wait.
$3K
Value of one recurring client A client at $250/month is $3,000 a year. One recovered lead from better follow-up pays for the program inside a single quarter.
every
session
A working asset from every session Every session ends with a documented, working system — built during the call and running in your business before the next one starts.
How it works
01
Foundations
Your business, your best client, and your voice — written down. The three documents every system you build stands on.
02
Build
We build it with you, live in session — pricing, follow-up, SOPs, automations. Nothing is left as homework.
03
Live in your business
Every piece is tested and running in your operation before the next session starts. Not a plan. A working system.
04
Run it in 15 minutes a day
A daily rhythm you can hold, and six numbers that tell you it's working. You run the system. The system runs the business.
The Problem

Your business only runs
when you do.

The business works — but only because you never stop working. You're the bottleneck in your own business.

Every one of these is a systems problem. Clean AIOS builds the full client lifecycle system that fixes all of them — and keeps the business running without you in every task.
  • ›
    You're building on instinct
You know what you charge, roughly what it costs, and what your best client looks like — but none of it is written down. The business runs on your memory, not a system. That works until it doesn't.
  • ›
    Manual follow-up keeps slipping
You've tried to stay on top of it. It works until you're busy, then leads go quiet and you're back to texting between jobs.
  • ›
    Nothing moves without you
Every booking, every confirmation, every reschedule still runs through you. The business can't run a day without you in it.
  • ›
You're undercharging and you know it
You haven't raised rates in over a year. You're afraid to lose clients. But the math isn't working and you feel it every time you look at the numbers.
  • ›
Your work is excellent. Your intake system hasn't caught up.
Clients love you. Referrals come in. The gap is in what happens before someone books — the response time, the follow-up, the sequence that converts an inquiry into a client.
Measured, not guessed

You'll know it's working.
In numbers.

Most owners run their business on a feeling and a bank balance. Clean AIOS runs on six numbers, on one dashboard you can read in a minute — no spreadsheet archaeology. If a number moves, you see why, and what to do next. The full dashboard is built with you in Stage 03, but you start watching the numbers from your first session.

Lead response timeAnswered inside the 2-hour window, not after the lead has gone cold.
Quote conversion rateHow many quotes become booked clients — your intake and your pricing, measured together.
Recurring revenueThe monthly base your whole business stands on — growing, or quietly slipping.
Clients at riskLong-term clients flagged by their booking pattern before they leave, while you can still save them.
Referral rateYour happiest clients turned into your best lead source — on purpose, not by luck.
Owner hoursHow many hours a week you still work in the business. This is the one that should only go down.
Built Inside a Real Business First

A cleaning company that needed a better system.
This is what got built.

Rosie Cleans is a multi-state residential cleaning operation serving Morris County, NJ and Huntsville, AL. The bottleneck problem every cleaning owner eventually hits — leads slipping through, follow-up falling apart, nothing moving without the owner in it — got solved by building The Rosie System from the inside out. AI handles the repetitive work. Lead follow-up runs automatically. Client intake is documented. After-hours coverage runs without anyone managing it.

When other cleaning business owners started asking how it worked, Clean AIOS became the way to hand it to them.

Built inside a real business. Proven before it was ever taught.
The Rosie System
Built and running inside Rosie Cleans. The same system every Clean AIOS client builds. A live operation, proven in the field.
What's different
Most cleaning business programs are built by people who studied the industry. This one was built by someone still running it. That changes what gets taught — and how fast it works.
Proof, not promises

Built in real businesses.
Here's what that looks like.

Clean AIOS wasn't designed in a classroom. It was built inside one cleaning company, then handed to others. Three businesses, three different starting points:

The original build
The Rosie System was built inside Rosie Cleans first — and it still runs there every day. Lead follow-up runs automatically, inside the 2-hour window where most leads go cold. Intake is documented end to end. After-hours coverage runs without the owner managing it. Two locations in two states, 520+ Google reviews between them, ranked #2 for house cleaning in Huntsville and top 3 in Morristown — on the same system clients build here.
At ceiling
A $60K/month cleaning company in New Jersey — established, busy, and stuck. Running its real numbers showed the path to a $1M year: $83K months, which meant raising legacy and new-client pricing and moving crew pay from tiered hourly to a percentage of the job. The owner left with a repricing plan, a stable price list, and a margin tool that reads her own sales data. The ceiling turned out to be arithmetic, not effort.
In progress
From zero
A solo founder in New York City who first talked with us in April and started building in June 2026 — nothing launched, no brand, no pricing, no systems, and a full-time job she was ready to leave. In about two months: brand and logo, ideal client profile, a real pricing system, a live website, insurance, payments connected, booking and CRM set up. The full launch stack, in order. First clients are next.
The Programs

Start where you are.
Build from there.

Start where the pain is. Each program solves one specific problem completely and builds the readiness to implement the full system. Every path leads to the Clean AIOS Core Program — where the full client lifecycle gets built and running.

Stage 01 · Building
Stage 01 · The Reset
Foundations Track
For self-starters in the early stages. Has a handful of clients, may still be doing some of the cleaning, and ready to build the documentation, pricing, and intake system that lets the business grow.
›Three foundation documents that define your business, your best client, and your voice — the starting point for every system you build
›Real price floor, margin analysis, and corrected rate card — anchored to your actual numbers
›First automated follow-up sequence — built, tested, and running before the call ends
Stage 02 · Growing
Stage 02 · Operating Foundation
You + AI
Build the operating foundation that stops you from being the bottleneck.
›AI Hybrid Model Map — what you do vs. what AI does
›Three core SOPs documented and automated
›Personal prompt card — your operating rules, your voice, and your guardrails, documented and reusable across any tool or team member
›Daily operating rhythm you can run in 15 min/day
›Team adoption built in — prompt card, guardrails, and SOPs your crew can run without you
Stage 02 · Pricing & Margin
Financial Clarity & Pricing Confidence
Know your real numbers. Charge what the business needs.
›Real cost-per-job calculation — built from your actual numbers
›Price floor document — the math, not the fear
›Rate increase script for existing clients
›Margin Stabilization Plugin — live, then yours to keep
Stage 02 · Market Position
Competitive Positioning
Know your market. Attract the clients who book on value, not on price.
›Full local market competitive analysis
›Upper-tier client profile for your specific market
›Positioning statement + updated website copy
›Google Business Profile rewritten to attract the right client

Built so your team actually uses it

A system that lives in your head — or only on your laptop — dies the first day you're off the floor. Every Clean AIOS build is made for the people who will run it when you're not there.

›Personal prompt card — your operating rules, your voice, and your guardrails, your best workflows captured once and reusable by any team member, in any tool. Your crew produces work that sounds like you, without asking you.
›SOPs written for the person doing the job — documented, tested, and automated where it counts. Not a binder nobody opens.
›An operator model you confirm — who owns every task when you're not in it: you, a team member, or the AI. Adoption isn't improvised, and nothing waits on you by default.
›A 15-minute daily rhythm — short enough that your team actually holds it. That's the adoption test, and the system is built to pass it.
›You approve what matters — the system handles the rest — the AI reads, drafts, and does the repetitive work. Anything that touches a client, money, or a booking stops for a human's approval first. It can't send the wrong thing to your client, because it can't send anything without a person approving it.
Stage 03 · Scale
Questions

Asked by owners
just like you.

How much does it cost?
Three ways in, depending on where you are. The DIY Toolkit — the full Rosie System in a box — is $297 one time. Live work starts with the Foundations Track: three 90-minute sessions, $2,497. The standalone programs — You + AI, Financial Clarity & Pricing Confidence, and Competitive Positioning — are $1,997 each. The Core Program, the full seven-module build, is scoped on a call so the price matches the business. No subscriptions. No surprise upsells inside a program.
How long does it take?
Foundations is three 90-minute sessions, scheduled at your pace. Standalone programs run four to five sessions. But the honest answer is that you don't wait until the end to get value: every session finishes with a documented, working asset running in your business before the next one starts. Session one already changes how your week runs.
I'm not tech-savvy. Will this work for me?
It was built for owners, not technicians. Phase 1 starts with prompt cards and the tools already on your phone — no new software, nothing to install. Anything technical gets built live in session, with you watching, and documented so you can run it yourself afterward. If you can run a cleaning schedule, you can run this system.
What if my team won't use it?
That's the most common fear owners bring in, and the build is designed around it. Your voice and operating rules go onto a personal prompt card your team uses directly. SOPs are written for the person doing the job. You confirm the operator model — who owns what when you're not there. And the daily rhythm is 15 minutes, because a system your team can't hold is a system that doesn't exist.
What do I keep if I leave the program?
Everything. Every document, SOP, script, prompt card, and plugin built in your sessions is yours, stored in your own workspace and deliverables vault. The Margin Stabilization Plugin is live in session, then yours to keep. There's no subscription holding your business hostage — what we build in your business stays in your business.
Do I need specific software?
No. The system is built around the booking and client tools you already use, plus an AI assistant. Owners in the program run different booking platforms — the system doesn't care which one. Phase 1 requires no new tools at all.
The Next Step

"If you're coachable and you implement, we should talk."

A 20-minute discovery call. A conversation about your current setup and whether Clean AIOS is the right fit. If it is, we'll know by the end. If it's not the right time, I'll tell you that too.
